Please note that on certain specialist parts, we are unable to offer a returns policy and we may require a deposit or full payment for the item before we place the order.

Yes we are very happy to offer any advice possiblle that will help you with any fitting concerns. Please email any questions you have to us at: web@tch.co.uk putting 'Parts Fitting Advice' in the subject line and we will get one of our Ford Trained Master Technicians to advise.

Currently we are looking at introducing a loyalty scheme for our online parts customers but in the meantime, discount will be assessed on an order by order basis, based on previous purchase history with us. 

Once we have received cleared funds, we are happy to post parts world-wide, however there may be additional costs for posting outside of the UK.
